The year is 1971. Back then, we succeeded in creating a real innovation. We were the first to cook fruit gums with yogurt for you: our Katjes Yoghurt-Gums. And because we absolutely wanted to do without animal gelatine, we have been using vegetable citrus pectin for several years now. Now vegetarians can also enjoy our soft delicacies.
