This creamy and mild Camembert is made from mountain farmers' milk. It is naturally lactose-free and should ideally be taken out of the refrigerator half an hour before consumption. The milk for the Alnatura mountain farmers' Camembert comes from organic farms, where the animals are kept in a species-appropriate manner and have plenty of space to roam in the mountains. Thanks to the "Fair Milk Price" initiative, the farmers receive a fair milk price for the sustainable management of their farms
