Very fine stone fruit, ripe honeydew melon, penetrating minerality with a hint of garden herbs. Compact and extremely juicy, has power, structure and a good portion of smoothness, while remaining lively, fresh and always elegant, great balance with depth. The aroma is characterized by ripe stone fruit, minerality and fresh herbs. 

Grape varieties: Pinot Blanc

Serving recommendation: 8-11° 

Colour: Light yellow
Nose: Honeydew melon, apple and a hint of apricot, light herbal note
Palate: lots of smoothness and butteriness, peach and green apple, slightly grassy- vegetal aromas 

Food Pairing: Goes perfectly with grilled fish, salads or earthy vegetable dishes with beetroot or pumpkin. 

Kirchner Winery

The family-run winery, which is based in the traditional wine-growing community of Freinsheim, has been dedicated to viticulture for generations. 

The pursuit of exciting wines above all is their motivation. In their quality-oriented work in the vineyard and in the wine cellar, they, who live from nature, also want to work in harmony with nature. For healthy, high-quality grapes, they rely on environmentally friendly cultivation and intensive manual labour.

Their philosophy of "less is more" is applied to all decisions. In the vineyards, they focus on ecological farming methods, low yields per hectare, manual labour and a late selective harvest with the aim of achieving maximum quality.

Around 17 hectares of vineyards are currently cultivated, 60% of which are white and 40% red.

The focus is on the traditional grape varieties Riesling, Pinot Noir and St. Laurent.
