Kloster Eberbach Riesling dry

White wine 12% Vol.

Fully ripe yellow stone fruit aromas of peach and with lively acidity are accompanied by floral tones on the palate with a very slight tannin afterwards. The wine appears elegantly dance-like, unobtrusive and light at the same time! Rich and full of fruit - simply the ideal companion for every day!

Colour: Light yellow
Nose: Peach, ripe apple, slightly grassy notes and lovage
Palate: little sweetness but very round and smooth, apple notes and vineyard peach, beautiful mineral notes 

Food Pairing: Goes perfectly with all fish dishes, chickpea stew with yoghurt topping and chopped mint as well as with vegetable stews. 

Kloster Eberbach Winery

The vineyards of the Kloster Eberbach winery extend over almost 230 hectares in the Rheingau and on the Hessian Bergstrasse.

On this terroir, the vines for their wines and sparkling wines grow - sustainably and gently produced, always with the aim of the best quality at an international level.

The history of the Kloster Eberbach winery goes back as far as the history of the cultural monument itself: For the French monks who settled in the Rheingau at the beginning of the 12th century, viticulture was one of their main occupations.

What was initially intended for their own needs soon developed into a sought-after commodity, which secured the future and prosperity of the monastery.
