This Grauburgunder shows a rather exotic-spicy nose with aromas of passion fruit and papaya, as well as apple and blossom scent. With a precise, rather cool appearance on the palate, the taste themes of passion fruit, papaya, apple fruit and pastry with some minerality and a hint of extract sweetness extend over the palate to the finish. The body is light and delicate, yet firm.

Since the 2007 vintage, the vineyards have been cultivated organically. At the same time, the proportion of manual labour was increased.

The family's standpoint includes keeping the winemaker's craft alive for the future, including the care of the vines and soils.
