 TOPANITO is created in the renowned Casa Maestri distillery in the Mexican town of Tequila by the master hand of Michael Maestri. TOPANITO places great value on traditional methods, which are carried out with attention to detail. Slow cooking of part of the agave hearts in brick ovens (hornos), fermentation with natural yeast or double "single batch" distillation in modern copper stills are part of this production approach, which enables exceptional quality and an authentic agave aroma.
