About the supplier:

The basis of all our drinks are traditional cider apple varieties from certified organic orchards.

From them we produce high-quality ciders, juices and fruit spritzer. We do not use any added sugar, flavourings or other additives, only high-quality pure juice from fruit varieties.

The home of the old varieties are the local orchards. We speak of orchards when several dozen fruit trees live scattered on a meadow. In contrast to conventional plantation cultivation, they are home to up to 5,000 animal and plant species and are thus among the most species-rich biotopes in Central Europe!

Orchards are the small rainforests of Germany.

In Germany, 80% of the orchards have already been cleared. Among other things, due to the intensification of monocultures and soil sealing. Similar to tropical rainforests, orchards are now highly endangered biotopes!

The care and harvesting of orchards is particularly complex and therefore often no longer economically viable for farmers today. That is why we pay more than double the market price. This creates a fair and regional value chain and makes it possible to preserve the meadows and provide a home for biodiversity.

Storage: Please store in a cool and dry place. After opening, store in the refrigerator and consume within a few days.
