The Kombucha we created with it is characterized by a delicate caramel profile with a hint of cocoa, accompanied by fresh citrus notes and a subtle lavender bouquet. It doesn't taste like coffee, but it contains a lot of caffeine.
Organic Kombucha must be refrigerated immediately after delivery and stored in the refrigerator at 2-6°C. Otherwise, the yeasts and bacteria would continue to ferment happily and at some point you would have a very sparkling vinegar in your kitchen cupboard. So it's better to enjoy it quickly and chilled!
