Description
Franconian style dumpling dough store refrigerated at 0°C to +8°C, after opening store cool and sealed and consume within 3 days. Knead the dumpling dough, form dumplings and, if desired, work in golden brown roasted white bread cubes in the middle. Place the dumplings in at least 2 liters of boiling salted water (1 level teaspoon of salt) and bring to a boil briefly. Then let it steep for 20 to 25 minutes without a lid, do not boil anymore!
