Use/Application/Recommended Intake

To shorten the time it takes to fall asleep

Spray 2 sprays directly into the mouth about 30 minutes before going to bed. (2 sprays = 1 mg melatonin).

For jet lag

Spray 1 spray directly into the mouth before going to bed. The positive effect occurs when at least 0.5 mg melatonin (= 1 spray) is taken shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and on the first few days after arriving at the destination.
