The passion of our artisan producer is our quality guarantee. From the very beginning, each grain of wheat is monitored with great care through a Circle life. Day after day, season after season, our producer observes the growth of the wheat until they create our unique pasta from it, right where the wheat grows. Our Käfer pasta is produced in San Martino (Ferrara) in the Tenuta Cuniola, using only durum wheat grown in our producer's own fields.

It all started with a small grocery store in Munich. In 1930, Paul and Elsa Käfer founded the company, which today operates internationally with almost 1500 employees. In addition to retail, Käfer is now known for its gastronomy and party service. The values of the family-run company have remained the same. The name stands for quality out of passion. Behind it are five individual values that form a guideline for action and behavior.
