Our chocolate ice cream is made from 70% Valrhona Guanaja. This dark chocolate is made from a blend of South American Criollo and Trinitario cocoa beans and offers exceptionally strong flavors. It has floral notes as well as a very intense taste.

About the producer:

At Hokey Pokey, we produce our ice cream traditionally, by hand and with the very best ingredients. All lemons and limes are hand-pressed and the peels are grated, the bourbon vanilla pods are individually cut open and boiled. We roast and caramelize all nuts and even bake our own brownies. We only use ingredients of excellent quality, such as French chocolate from Valrhona from top gastronomy, real Sicilian pistachios and the best vanilla pods from Madagascar or Tahiti.
We are very proud to be successful without using the usual ice cream powder mixes. We also do not use any artificial or nature-identical flavors, flavor enhancers, colors or preservatives.

The variety of flavors is huge and in addition to our classics such as Hokey Pokey, French Chocolate, Sicilian Pistachio or Passion Fruit with White Chocolate, the range varies depending on the season and seasonal availability of fruits and ingredients. In addition, there are always new specials that testify to the inexhaustible creativity of the Hokey Pokey ice cream makers.
