1. Top/bottom heat: 230 °C Convection: 210 °C Preheat the oven to the temperature indicated on the side. 
2. Remove foil.
3. Place the pizza on the rack in the middle of the oven.
4. Bake the pizza at 230 °C top/bottom heat for at least 13 minutes. Bake the pizza at 210 °C convection for at least 10 minutes.
