In the small suburb of Görlsdorf, part of the Vierlinden municipality in Brandenburg, the Zielke organic farm has been growing vegetables, herbs and potatoes in accordance with the Bioland Association guidelines since 1992. The farm is a classic family business, which was recently passed on from Karl-Georg Zielke to his son Conrad and his wife Ina, who continue to run the long-standing traditional organic farm with great passion and dedication.
Over the past few years, the cultivated area has grown steadily from 2.5 ha to around 50 ha. In addition to their own potatoes, they grow a wide variety of vegetables & herbs, such as lettuces, onions, courgettes, fennel, radishes, broccoli, root vegetables and much more. Ina lovingly tends to the farm's greenhouses, where tomatoes, herbs, cucumbers and much more are grown. Conrad lives out his passion for arable farming and potato cultivation - an unbeatable team. The farm stands for great organic quality, ultra-freshness, family tradition and sustainability. The Zielke family's herd of llamas is also part of the farm, putting a smile on the face of every visitor.
