Whole pre-roasted farm duck with four potato dumplings, homemade duck sauce and homemade apple red cabbage
A wonderful festive meal for three to four eaters or several less hungry eaters - simply for warming up at home.
Your festive meal at home in a few steps:

The duck is already pre-roasted. Heat for 30 minutes at 150 degrees convection in a preheated oven.

Bring salted water to a boil. Add dumplings and let them simmer until the duck is ready.

Put the red cabbage in a pot and warm it slowly.

Also put the sauce in a pot and warm it slowly.

Serve everything on a plate.

The team consists of siblings Sabine & Christian Kroiß, a combination of their passions: hunting and cooking. Christian is an experienced chef and has worked, among other places, at Tantris in Munich. For over ten years, he has run the Landgasthof Zeidlmaier in Hallertau. He was also seen on television as a finalist on „The Taste“ (2017) on Sat1. Sabine is also a passionate hunter and runs the sales business at the Münchner Viktualienmarkt.
