Over time, we have built our own supply chain, which starts with the selection of cattle breeds and extends to the acquisition of farms in the Apennines of Parma. This allows us to control all steps of milk production, from the fields to the ripening process.

Over the years, we have built closer relationships of trust, based on a shared vision, a coordinated approach, and the use of organic farming methods. In particular, we support those farmers who are dedicated to breeding old breeds of our region, such as the Bianca, the Bruna, and the Rossa.
