1. Sourdough.
AERA Bread relies on natural sourdough as a leavening agent instead of artificial yeasts, making the bread more digestible.
2. Long Dough Fermentation.
Because this is the only way a complex aroma can develop and the bread acquires a depth reminiscent of old times.
3. Good Raw Materials.
AERA BREAD trusts in organically grown raw materials, because they not only taste better but are also more sustainable.
