AERA BREAD does not want to be another manufacturer of substitute products; they want to solve a problem. To achieve this, AERA BREAD has been perfecting one and the same recipe since November 2016 – to create a bread that is indistinguishable from gluten-containing ones.

AERA Bread relies on natural sourdough as a leavening agent instead of artificial yeasts, making the bread more digestible.
2. Long Dough Fermentation.
Because only this way can a complex aroma develop and the bread acquire a depth that is reminiscent of old times.

AERA BREAD trusts in organically grown raw materials, because they not only taste better but are also more sustainable.
