Levoni's Italian cured meats are made from first-class meat and from pigs born, raised, and processed in Italy. For our recipes, we use the most exquisite spices, herbs, and natural flavorings from all over the world. We process our spices fresh daily to create unique aroma and taste experiences and to bring out the full quality of our meat. For example, Bronte pistachios, Sicilian sea salt, Marsala superiore DOP, cinnamon, pepper, and fresh garlic become the secret of our taste. The smoky aromas are enhanced by our specific wood selection, which gives our cured meats that special something. Since everyone should be able to partake in this indulgence, all our products are also gluten- and lactose-free.
