Since 1911, Levoni has been producing the finest Italian meat and cured meats in Umbria. For over four generations, Levoni has been a family-run business, thus representing the great tradition of Italian cured meats for over a century.

Levoni's Italian cured meats are made from first-class meat and from pigs born, raised, and processed in Italy. For our recipes, we use the finest spices, herbs, and natural flavourings from all over the world. We process our spices fresh daily to create unique aromatic and taste experiences and to bring out the full quality of our meat. Thus, Bronte pistachios, Sicilian sea salt, Marsala superiore DOP, cinnamon, pepper, and fresh garlic become the secret of our flavour. The smoky aromas are enhanced by our specific wood selection, which gives our cured meats that special something. Since everyone should be able to partake in this pleasure, all our products are also gluten-free and lactose-free.
