Rustichella d'Abruzzo Pappardelle rigate - The Pappardelle are approx. 11 mm wide. With their rough, wide surface, they can absorb sauces well. Rustichella d'Abruzzo has been producing the finest pasta since 1924. According to old tradition, the pasta is made from high-quality durum wheat and fresh spring water from the Abruzzo region. The dough is pulled through bronze plates and gently dried for up to 50 hours at a low temperature. This creates an excellent pasta with bite and a full-bodied taste.
