Rustichella d'Abruzzo Conchiglioni - giant shells about six centimetres long. In Italy, they are filled with meat, fish or vegetables and baked in the oven covered with mozzarella or parmesan. With a good sauce, this is a wonderfully juicy dish. Use plenty of water when cooking the pasta!
Rustichella d'Abruzzo has been producing the finest pasta since 1924. In keeping with old traditions, the pasta is made from high-quality durum wheat and fresh spring water from the Abruzzo region. The dough is drawn through bronze plates and gently dried at a low temperature for up to 50 hours. This creates an excellent pasta with bite and a full-bodied flavour.
