Byodo Strozzapreti

Byodo's light-coloured Strozzapreti are twisted pasta made with bronze dies. They are made from 100% organic durum wheat semolina or a mixture of different Italian durum wheat semolina varieties.

The Strozzapreti go perfectly with hearty stews and strong sauces. Perfect "al dente" bite.
