Olival da Risca is a relatively young, dynamic, and highly successful olive farm in Portugal. Founded in 2007, it is located near the town of Serpa in the southern Alentejo region on the border with Spain. It is run by two Swiss families and has specialized in organically grown Demeter-quality olive oil for a decade.

The olive farm was recently awarded the "Top Farm" 2022 with the highest Flos Olei rating of 98 points for Portuguese olive oil producers. In 2021, it was also named "Top Farm" with 98 points.
