Store at -18°C. Do not refreeze after thawing.

Instructions for handling or use
For compote: Put the frozen rhubarb (400g) with 80g sugar and some lemon juice in a pot. Heat the
mixture until it boils. Then simmer over medium heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring regularly. Then you can create a
variety of desserts with: semolina porridge, rice pudding, pancakes, yogurt,
crumble etc. For cakes: Defrost the rhubarb before use. Then bake in the oven as usual.
