In addition to beef, the Käfer beef goulash also contains onions and tomato paste, as well as a hint of red wine, which rounds it off and gives it a full flavour.

The goulash is cooked for a long time on a low heat, so that the meat cooks slowly. This makes the beef very tender and the stock is slowly reduced, leaving a very aromatic sauce. In combination with pasta or dumplings, the beef goulash is a culinary delight that can now also be served at home without much effort.
