Contour Next Blood Glucose Monitoring System mg/dL

The Contour Next Blood Glucose Monitoring System is intended for the measurement of blood glucose levels in people with diabetes who are being treated with or without insulin, to aid patients and healthcare professionals in monitoring the effectiveness of the patient's blood glucose control. The Contour Next Blood Glucose Monitoring System is intended for self-testing of blood glucose by people with diabetes and healthcare professionals in venous blood and fresh capillary whole blood from the fingertip or palm. The Contour Next Blood Glucose Monitoring System is intended for self-testing of blood glucose outside the body (in vitro diagnostic use). The Contour Next Blood Glucose Monitoring System is not intended for use in the diagnosis of or screening for diabetes mellitus or in neonates. Alternate site testing (palm) should only be used when steady state conditions exist (when blood glucose levels are not changing rapidly). Contour Next Test Strips are intended for use with the Contour Next Blood Glucose Meter for the quantitative measurement of glucose in venous blood and fresh capillary whole blood from the fingertip or palm. The meter is intended for the quantitative measurement of glucose in whole blood ranging from 10 mg/dL to 600 mg/dL. The system is intended for in vitro diagnostic use only.
