Always use this medicine exactly as described in this package leaflet or exactly as agreed with your doctor or pharmacist. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Unless otherwise prescribed by your doctor, Ell-Cranell is used once a day, preferably in the evening. As soon as the first treatment successes occur, the application can be reduced to every second or third day. This can be expected at the earliest after one month.

Type of use

Ell-Cranell is applied directly to the affected areas using a scalp applicator. The application is very simple

  1. Hold the bottle upright. Turn the applicator a quarter turn (90°) counterclockwise until you feel resistance. The bottle is now ready for use (marked "ON" on the bottle).
  2. Hold the bottle by the base and place the applicator - through the hair - directly on the scalp or on the affected areas.
  3. The medicine flows out through the small, barely visible outlet openings on the applicator. Do not press the bottle.
  4. Gently guide the applicator along the scalp or the areas to be treated for about 1 minute (stroking motion). In this way, about 3 ml of the solution gets onto the scalp. Ell-Cranell can be applied comfortably. The liquid does not run down, the hairstyle remains intact.
  5. Close the bottle after use by turning the applicator a quarter turn clockwise so that the solution does not leak out (marked "OFF" on the bottle).

Duration of use

There is no clinical evidence of efficacy and tolerability for use longer than 1 year. Therefore, longer use should only be after consultation with a doctor. Please talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have the impression that the effect of Ell-Cranell is too strong or too weak.
