Cut to an unmistakable shape, it is dry-salted with salt, pepper and aromatic herbs and then left to mature. With a tender texture, it has an unmistakable and sweet taste thanks to the marbling that distinguishes it. Delicate, slightly aromatic bouquet. Villani was founded in 1886 in Castelnuovo in the Emilia Romagna region.
