Dietary supplement with the dietary fibre glucomannan from the konjac root in vegetarian capsules

Use/application/recommended intake

Consume 2 glucomannan capsules unchewed with plenty of still water (at least 300 ml) 10 minutes before each of the three main meals (3 x 2 capsules). There is a risk of choking if you have difficulty swallowing or if you do not drink enough fluids. The health benefits are achieved by taking 3 g of glucomannan (3 x 1 g) with 1 - 2 glasses of water before meals every day.
