This baguette is not only gluten-free, but also yeast-free. The homemade sourdough and the self-made fermented water based on organic sultanas provide the necessary leavening. The gluten-free baguette is the perfect accompaniment to salads, as a snack in between or as a highlight at your next barbecue party.

The gluten-free baguettes are packed in a protective atmosphere to arrive fresh and tasty at your home. It is best to take them out of the packaging immediately, put them in an airtight bag and freeze them - then they will keep for at least 3 months! Or eat them up very quickly!

Baking instructions: Preheat oven to 180°C, remove baguettes from the packaging and bake for 5-7 minutes until crispy!
Store in a cool & dry place, protect from light and heat.
