Hand-rolled, chopped small Maultaschen in white and green pasta dough with an aromatic filling of sausage meat, minced meat, spinach and porcini mushrooms - like homemade.

Storage temperature: 4 – 7 °C

Preparation: Simply warm up the Maultaschen. The Maultaschen are pre-boiled and only need to be heated in broth (not cooked) or fried in a pan. 
Hand-rolled and chopped according to Grandma's recipe and Swabian tradition, served hot in our homemade beef broth with boiled beef, sautéed onions, leek strips and plenty of fresh parsley – a hearty, delicious, quick meal.
