The high-quality, unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids contained in krill oil are largely bound in phospholipids, which makes them particularly easy for the human body to utilise. Each krill oil capsule contains 500 mg of pure krill oil with 120 mg of omega-3 fatty acids, including 60 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 30 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function. DHA also contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision. A positive effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Krill oil owes its natural red colour to astaxanthin (500 µg per capsule), which belongs to the group of carotenoids.

The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of reach of small children.
