Usage/Application/Recommended intake

To ensure a long-term adequate supply, regardless of season and sun exposure, the intake of a suitable Vitamin D3 preparation is recommended. Since Vitamin D, as a fat-soluble vitamin, can be stored in fatty tissue, daily consumption is not necessary. VITAGAMMA D3 2,000 I.U. contains 50 µg (2000 I.U.) of Vitamin D3 in one tablet. With regular consumption of one tablet every 2nd day, VITAGAMMA D3 2,000 I.U. significantly contributes to ensuring your long-term Vitamin D supply. VITAGAMMA D3 2,000 I.U. should be taken whole with plenty of liquid at any meal.
