A powerful red wine from the heart of Apulia – full-bodied, spicy and elegant

The PietraPura Mandus is an impressive red wine from the renowned Rocca delle Macìe winery, which, in collaboration with Apulian winemakers, honours the autochthonous grape varieties of Salento. Made from 100% Primitivo grapes, which thrive in the Manduria region, this wine reflects the essence of Apulia. The grapes are carefully hand-picked and selected. After temperature-controlled fermentation, the wine matures for about four months in French oak barrels, which gives it additional complexity and depth.

In the glass, the Mandus presents itself in an intense ruby red with violet reflections. The bouquet is rich and complex, with aromas of ripe cherries, plums, and pleasant notes of cocoa and vanilla. On the palate, it is full-bodied and soft, with an excellent structure and a long, fruity finish.
