The PPURA Organic Fusilli are made from organic durum wheat from Italy, which is grown in the sun-drenched region of Apulia. This pasta is characterized by its traditional production: by pressing with bronze dies, the fusilli get a rough surface, which holds the sauce optimally. Without artificial colors, preservatives or ingredients, PPURA offers a natural taste experience. The cultivation of durum wheat is sustainable and contributes to the high quality of the pasta.
