The mothers of the PPURA founders are true masters in making homemade pasta. That's why PPURA's organic pastas are made the way the founders learned from their mammas: Healthy, 100% natural, and with lots of love. Through the traditional production method with bronze dies, the pastas also receive a rough surface, which allows sauces to adhere even better.
PPURA completely avoids colorings, preservatives, and artificial ingredients. Only what belongs in it is included, and it is all Italian, organic, seasonal, and regional. Because the PPURA mammas would never be satisfied with less.
Extra virgin olive oil from Italy
The organic olives for all PPURA olive oils are hand-picked and gently cold-pressed within a few hours. This is the only way they become an oil of the highest quality (“Extra Virgin”) with outstanding aroma and taste, which PPURA also uses as an ingredient in its pesto and sauce creations. Because even though olive oil is more expensive and labor-intensive: Cheap sunflower oil does not make it into the glass at PPURA!

Because climate change not only has a strong impact on the environment but is also responsible for the increasing number of hungry people. For this reason, all PPURA products are organic certified and receive top marks in independent assessments of the ecological footprint. In addition, the company donates at least 5% of its profits to children's aid projects. Contributing a small part to combating global hunger among children is a matter close to PPURA's heart.
