Violife Mozzarella Flavour Grated is ideal as a melting topping for casseroles, pizza and baked vegetables. But it is also a real treat melted in sauces and soups!  

INGREDIENTS FOR STUFFED PORTOBELLO MUSHROOMS WITH VIOLIFE MOZZARELLA FLAVOUR GRATED
(for 6 people)

● 300g Violife with Violife Mozzarella Flavour Grated ● 6 organic Portobello mushrooms ● 200g organic cherry tomatoes (halved)

● 100g organic coconut butter ● 2 organic garlic cloves (chopped) ● fresh organic basil chopped ● organic extra virgin olive oil

● Salt and freshly ground pepper

PREPARATION
Mix the cherry tomatoes, basil, some olive oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Heat the coconut butter in a small pan. Remove the pan from the heat, add the garlic and a little salt and pepper. Brush the Portobello mushrooms with the coconut butter mixture.
Place the mushrooms on baking paper and fill each mushroom with the cherry tomato mixture. Then add the grated Violife with Mozzarella Flavour on top. Bake in a preheated oven at 220 ℃ for about 10 minutes.
