Slice the onion thinly and mix with the vegan Spätzle and plant-based shredded cheese. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Form a Rösti from one-eighth of the mixture each and place into the coated pan. Fry on both sides without oil for about 5 minutes over medium heat until the Rösti are crispy.

Cut the smoked tofu into small cubes and fry until crispy in a separate pan with a little vegetable oil.

For the dip: mix sweet mustard, vegan yogurt, and vegan mayonnaise and season with salt and pepper.
