Pretty NamNam Chili Crisp – CLASSIC

In terms of taste, it is strongly based on a classic Sichuan Chili Crisp, but without glutamate or other artificial additives. Developed by ourselves with great attention to detail and manufactured here in Germany. A balanced spiciness from the coordinated chili varieties Cayenne and Guajillo meets the natural flavor boosters typical of a Chili Crisp: onion, garlic, fermented soybeans, shiitake and sesame. Rounded off by a sophisticated spice orchestra of tangy-lemony Timut pepper, cinnamon, star anise and bay leaf. High-quality rapeseed oil brings everything together - hmmm... PRETTY NAMNAM

It is ideal as a topping on (almost) everything, from pizza to cheese bread to sweet things like ice cream, for marinating e.g. meat, vegetables or tofu, and for seasoning pasta, salad dressings or dips - the possibilities are endless.

Unopened, it can also be stored in the pantry, spice rack or on the dining table for a very long time without refrigeration. After opening, store in the refrigerator - experience has shown that your glass will be empty after a short time, but with proper handling it could last longer.
