Pretty NamNam Chili Crisp – LEMONGRASS

This Chili Crisp combines typical spices and flavors from Southeast Asia with "heartiness" (umami) and a pleasantly tingling spiciness, but at the same time does without glutamate or other artificial additives. Developed by ourselves with great attention to detail and manufactured here in Germany. The coordinated chili varieties Cayenne and Guajillo meet the natural flavor boosters onion and garlic, which are typical of Chili Crisp. Peanuts add an extra crunch. The Chili Crisp Lemnongrass becomes an extraordinary Chili Crisp thanks to a sophisticated spice orchestra of coriander and kaffir lime leaves as well as cinnamon and star anise. High-quality rapeseed oil brings everything together - hmmm... PRETTY NAMNAM

It is ideal as a topping on (almost) everything, from pizza to cheese bread to sweet things like ice cream, for marinating e.g. meat, vegetables or tofu, and for seasoning pasta, salad dressings or dips - the possibilities are endless.

Unopened, it can also be stored in the pantry, spice rack or on the dining table for a very long time without refrigeration. After opening, store in the refrigerator - experience has shown that your glass will be empty after a short time, but could last longer if treated properly.
