In those days, 15 pigs, 1 cow and 4 calves were slaughtered, butchered and processed per week. In the following three decades, production increased almost twentyfold. In the following year 1927, a major fire destroyed almost three quarters of the company. The factory was quickly rebuilt: Then as now, quality and craftsmanship are the highest values of the house.
