Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 30g noodles
- 1 garlic clove
Preparation
- 1Prepare vegetables: Wash zucchini and cut into medium-sized cubes, then peel and finely chop the garlic clove.
- 2Add zucchini and garlic to a pan with a spoon of rapeseed or olive oil and sauté over medium heat. Stir well constantly so that the ingredients do not burn.
- 3Meanwhile, fill a small pot with water and add the noodles as soon as the water boils.
- 4Once the noodles are cooked, blend the sautéed zucchini with the garlic and mix the resulting pesto with the cooked noodles.
- 5Enjoy the dish!
Tip
- 1Cooking the noodles and sautéing the vegetables happens simultaneously, so the dish is really quick to prepare.
- 2If there is too much pesto for the noodles, it can be frozen for another portion (without noodles, just pesto).
