Baking Craft with Tradition
The family bakery is now run by the second and third generation. What began in 1951 as the small bakery of Karl and Josephine Schröer is today a bakehouse that operates over 50 specialty shops throughout the Rhine-Main area. One thing has not changed since 1951: the passion and craftsmanship with which rolls, breads, pastries, and cakes are freshly baked for you every day at the Schröer bakehouse.

Regional Quality
Working with traditional recipes requires high professional and artisanal competence and the best ingredients. Therefore, mainly regional raw materials from suppliers with whom a business and trust relationship has existed for years are used in the production of baked goods. Well over 90 percent of the grain is grown within a radius of 100 km around the bakery.
