Casimir. Together with nutrition experts, they create delicious, plant-based meals that are ready in no time. This makes healthy eating effortless and gives you more time for yourself!

Plant-based and balanced eating made easy
The founders Benjamin and Casimir were often confronted with the same problem: stressful days, little free time, and limited options for quick but healthy meals. The motivation behind Every. was therefore to make nutritious, plant-based food simple and effortless. No endless chopping or missing recipe ideas, just great, clean food delivered to your home and ready in no time. Every. products are not only nutritious, they also taste fantastic and are ready to eat within minutes. Simply heat in a pan or microwave, and 10 minutes later - voila! No compromises on quality, taste, or freshness. This way, you can take more time for yourself, because we've taken care of your meals.

The Best Ingredients
The products from Every. are a great source of nutritious ingredients and an excellent foundation for a balanced diet. Thanks to our short supply chain and close relationship with our suppliers, we can be very selective in sourcing the ingredients to ensure that only the best ends up on your plate. Each bowl offers a great combination of complex carbohydrates, proteins, healthy fats, and valuable vitamins and minerals. We do not use any additional flavors, preservatives, E-numbers, flavor enhancers, or emulsifiers. Only fresh, whole ingredients.

Plant-Based and Sustainable
A plant-based diet is not only good for us but also good for our planet. About a quarter of global greenhouse gases are emitted by agriculture. A vegan diet is one of the most effective ways to reduce CO2 emissions by almost 50%. This is because significantly fewer resources are needed to produce plant-based foods compared to animal products. If the entire population were to adopt a vegan diet, we would reclaim 70% of the Earth's arable land currently used for livestock. Switching to plant-based foods not only improves your personal health but is also an essential element on the path to a more sustainable global food system.

Why Shock Freezing?
All our ingredients are cooled to -40 °C within 1-2 minutes. This process ensures that only tiny ice crystals form, which do not damage the cell structure. This way, not only the texture but also the nutrient profile and taste of each ingredient are optimally preserved. When it is then reheated, it is just as fresh as at harvest. Freezing our products also helps to combat food waste. Our products are shelf-stable for up to a year, so you don't have to worry about expiration dates or spoiled food. By transporting our food frozen, we can increase capacity while choosing an environmentally friendly option. We never ship our raw materials by plane, only by container ships, and can transport 4 times as much frozen as at room temperature.
