Since 1988, the Herzberger Bakery has been baking organic breads and pastries using artisanal production methods.
From natural raw materials and our in-house 3-stage organic rye sourdough, our bakers create unadulterated taste experiences.
Our flours are, whenever possible, 100% Naturland or Demeter quality. Technical enzymes and chemical additives have no place in our baked goods.
