Pascal Küthe probably rarely has sheep-free nights. The manager of the only organic sheep cheese dairy in the Rhine-Main area would otherwise need some time to count sheep - over 200 are housed at the Kapellenhof estate just north of Frankfurt (and 70km from our warehouse). The estate strictly follows the guidelines of the Naturland association and provides us with fantastic sheep milk products without additives.

Feta, Sheep's Milk Yogurt and More
When thinking of products made from sheep's milk, most people first think of feta. But in addition to various types of feta, whether for baking, frying, or for Greek salad, at Knuspr we not only have different types of cheese such as Camembert, sheep cream cheese, or smoked cheese in our range. There are also many delicious alternatives to cow's milk. Sheep's milk yogurt is more digestible and also a delicious option for many people with allergies to enjoy dairy products.

Even Babe the pig recognized it: Sheep are special companions. At the Kapellenhof estate, there are over 200 characters of the robust Lacaune breed from France, who can roam the meadow almost all year round - plenty of space so they don't get into a tangle. Only in winter do they go into the warm barn. There they receive the best organic feed from their own cultivation.
