We place great importance on regionalityquality and sustainability. Therefore, we select our suppliers with great care. To guarantee the highest freshness and quality, products are delivered several times a week. Our buyers maintain close contact with our suppliers to ensure long-term and sustainable cooperation - regardless of the size of the business. Here we would like to introduce you to some of our numerous regional suppliers.

The Magnus Bauch butcher shop has been producing the finest meat and sausage specialties for more than 65 years according to traditional family recipes. The raw materials come exclusively from regional farmers – because it matters what's in the sausage. This results in delicacies to kneel for, such as Weißwürste, Leberkäs, Pressack, and Sülze.

The family business has been an accredited Tagwerk and Naturland organic farm since 1984 with a focus on the ecological husbandry of 35-40 robust Aubrac cattle. The cattle live freely on straw with access to pasture, and their feed is 100% produced from their own meadows. The cattle are slaughtered only 1 km away. The high-quality organic meat is then directly packaged, and the sausage varieties are made by an experienced organic master butcher without chemical aids & additives.
