Madeo focuses on three production lines: Firstly, the traditional sausage line, such as "Nduja", a matured and fresh Salsiccia or Soppressata, as well as Capocollo and many more. Secondly, the Salumi di Calabria DOP line with delicious Pancetta, Capocollo, another variety of Salsiccia, and finally a sausage assortment from Suino Nero Calabria.

Reinventing Tradition Again and Again
In 1984, Ernesto Madeo and his family founded their first pig farming business. Since then, the founding family has been working every day to pass on the values of a genuine, authentic, and tradition-rich country - their homeland. They also place great importance on ecological sustainability, animal welfare, and the improvement of biodiversity through the use of renewable energies, which make the production chain self-sufficient.

An intact ecosystem
Madeo considers it important to view the supply chain as a transparent, intact ecosystem that places the homogeneity of animals, plants, and humans at the center. The labeling and traceability of goods are the key concepts of the entire supply chain system. All products come 100% from the Calabrian supply chain and are made only with local and natural raw materials.
