They stand for more fresh meat from farm animals, completely without antibiotics and with consideration for sustainable agriculture. A thought that is even reflected in their name: "Lumb" means "meat" in the Low German dialect, and here it is simply speck-tacular.

From Bratwurst to Dry Aged Beef
The Lumb Butchery takes you on a culinary journey to its Hessian specialties such as Fleischwurst, Leberwurst, smoked sausage, Bratwurst, Dry Aged Beef, and many other delicacies. The products of the master butchers shine through their taste - even three of them were awarded gold and full marks by the jury of the German Butchers' Association: the 'Feuerlis', the Andreasschinken, and the Fleischwurst.
